When will my order arrive?
There isn't an easy answer. It will depend on the product origin and stock level. The majority of the items listed on this site are made by me. The majority of them are in stock. If you order a ready made design it will ship within a week if the product is in stock. I will confirm your order and give you an estimate within 24 hours.
You will see the phrase "Please Note" on listings that are created from the print on demand shop. I have them made at a facility using blanks and equipment that will result in a higher quality than I can make myself. Those may take a bit more time.
Shipping:
Orders totaling over $50 will receive free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Please enter Free50Ship in the coupon box at check out.
At this time I do not have the ability to ship to other countries but hope to be able to soon.
Orders under $50 will be charged $5.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additonal product. I will check all services and choose the one that is most efficient depending on the destination.
Returns:
Every item is made to order. Returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with the quality of the item, please contact me via email, [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue, including photographs and I will work with you to make sure it is resolved through a mutual agreement.
